Would Bank of America proposals make it too easy for illegal imagrants and others to get credit card

Does anyone know of some proposals to offer credit cards at higher interest without the usual complete documentation such as social security numbers etc etc...

I just wonder at what point helping people hide activities and hide their status, possibly illegal status is a bad idea. Or are there more safeguards than meet the eye? particularly in a post 911 world

see Banking on Illegal Immigrants

30,000,000 Illegal Mexicans work in the United States of America and they have been buying cars and houses WITH CASH IN ONE PAYMENT for centuries.

Illegal Mexicans now have more land than the United States of America citizens if you consider mortgages as owned by banks.

It seems banks want a piece of that billion dollars each week illegal mexicans send back home.
