Please only answer if you have actually done this! I%26#039;m looking for a credit card where i can add someone as a JOINT Borrower....NOT an AUTHORIZED USER. There is a big difference. The Joint addition means that the new joint holder is also responsible for the loan and does receive a JOINT USER account on their credit report.
I only know of one credit card where this is possible. I%26#039;m looking for as many as there are.
Please let me know.
Credit cards that you can Add a JOINT USER?
Sorry I know this wont help
most places will ask you to reapply in some sort of way, so they can assess the income, employment and check credit reports of the new borrower. When you go joint, if you for example decided you weren%26#039;t going to pay the other person will have that responsibility so the financial institution needs to know they will be able to.
Credit cards that you can Add a JOINT USER?
As Jennifer said, joint user or a joint account means both are responsible for the debt severally as well as jointly, most if not all will require an application and financial information.
So actually your question doesn%26#039;t make much sense, only the cards you currently have make any difference if they will or won%26#039;t do what you ask. If you are GOING to apply, then you and the JOINT USER will need to apply JOINTLY and supply the requisite financial information.

Hi!
May I ask why you%26#039;re wanting this info? I%26#039;m thinking I may know why but I%26#039;m just curious. What is the card you know of? I heard Chase does this but I haven%26#039;t verified it.
