Credit Cards: does changing the address prevent, an online company from receiving money?
No. But if they are illegally charging your card, you can call your card and start a Chargeback/dispute process. It actually costs them every time you do that, and raises the chance that the credit card company will stop letting them take that type of credit card anymore, so its a pretty powerful tool. Its also almost certain you would get your money back, the credit card companies really watch out for you, more than you would expect.
