you cant become a verified paypal user, some people only except paypal,, be careful of ebay though, some things are cheaper at walmart, its the shipping that kills you,, beware of the shipping

the only way is to get a bank account with debit card facilities or a credit card.

if you have difficulties gettin a debit card account go to natwest for a step account and tell them bout your credit problems so they dont try to sign you up for a different account.

i managed to get full debit card facilities from them even though i was bankrupt...
