Are there any credit cards that do not charge a percentage on foreign currency transactions?

Some credit cards my offer no fees but still use an inflated conversion rate of Euros into USD. I would like a credit card that will not charge me extra everytime I use it in a different country.

Capital One has some credit cards that don%26#039;t charge foreign transaction fees. This is the only credit card company that I am aware of.

Sorry to tell you this, but ALL major credit cards charge a fee for currency conversion. Way to avoid this fee: buy the actual currency you will need before you travel and pay cash. There will still be a fee when you buy currency, but it is a one time expense and there is no risk of currency fluctuation (value changing in relation to the dollar).

I don%26#039;t think there is any credit card company that doesn%26#039;t charge foreign transaction fee. If you exchange money at the bank, there is also a transaction fee.

Some credit cards charge less than others but they all do charge transaction fee. Amex is 1%, visa and master card are 3%.
